FWT’s Quality Control system is ICBO certified, ensuring that your substation is built right – and on schedule. FWT’s modern manufacturing facility houses a complete range of steel fabrication equipment including:
- (3) NC controlled angle lines with stencil capabilities that can process angle sizes up to 8” X 8” X3/4”
- (2) High speed milling machines
- 2200 ton, 60ft tandem press brake can create tubular sections up to 60 ft in length
- Numerous welding stations
- On-site galvanizing
- Strategic partnerships with a major steel supplier and hardware manufacturer guarantees several million pounds of steel and hardware is on hand and available for immediate delivery.
